Grandma's been visiting this weekend and doing her grandmotherly duty of spoiling the kids quite perfectly! We've had a fun weekend...time for Eddie and I to get away together...and fun time with the kids. Friday, we played at Backyard Adventures, one of the kids' favorites (and mine, too because it completely WEARS THEM OUT!). After that, we went to TGI Fridays for lunch. Saturday morning, the kids played in the snow with daddy and grandma. Jake stayed out for HOURS! The girls only stayed for a few minutes. Grandma even tried her hand at snowblowing! Very nice! We all had a GREAT time! Sunday, we went to church, then to lunch at Champps and then had ice cream in the mall. Today, we did a little school this morning and then we're going to have lunch with Ed. This afternoon, Grandma flies back to Houston and the kids are disappointed! I think they're ready for her to retire as much as she is! :-) Thanks for a FUN weekend, Grandma!

Surely that can't be my prim and proper mom flopping around in the snow!?!?!?!?! Doesn't she know the snow will make her hair fall and go limp. She might even get dirty! That must be someone else! hehehehe :)
