Ballet

Today was the last day of ballet class for Jordan. It was an open-house, so parents got to watch the entire class! Usually, I just get to peek in occassionally, so this was a real treat! Plus, it was a huge treat for Jordan, because Daddy got to be there as well!!
She did a great job showing off the new skills she's learned! At the end, each of the kids received a medal and an award. Jordan received an award for Determination! Very fitting for all the hard work she has put into ballet! She has loved it, but it has not been easy for her! I was crying as the teacher talked about how proud she was of Jordan with the amount of effort she has put in and how hard she has had to work! This has been an amazing blessing for Jordan - and our family. Jordan looks forward to Wednesday every week! I was just so proud of her today. It was one of those moments when you truly feel your heart swell and you can't contain your emotions. Truly precious moments!
This summer, she'll be working one-on-one with one of the instructors to help hone her skills and hopefully build some confidence in her abilities!
She's so precious and not only am I super proud of her - you can tell by the pictures that she is over-the-top proud of herself! The picture of her with her medal will go down as one of my ALL TIME FAVORITES!
