Jordan decided it was time for a haircut today. So, she took matters into her own hands.
Thankfully, its not terrible - but after growing her hair out for almost two years, I guess its time for layers!
It was sort of comical because I was going to the bathroom (of course!) when Jake started yelling that Jordan cut her hair with HIS scissors (that was his only beef with the issue!). My mind begain coming up with all sorts of images of what she might look like! When she (finally) got to me, I was actually relieved! She was apologizing and I was explaining to her that we only go to the haircut place for haircuts, yada, yada, yada. I think they were all wondering what I was going to do and when I showed up with a camera, Jake said, "You got a camera????"
Hey, this is classic kid stuff. You just gotta record it.

Way to go Jordan!! Following in Grandma's footstep as a hairdresser. I love it. Sounds like an ice cream day to me. Watch the mail next week for a surprise.
And this is why we are friends...you inspire me to remember to grab a camera and chuckle when that is the best response:)
