Back to the 'Name Game'

I got a lot of fun ideas on homeschool names - and I've been compiling a list of my favorites. They are in no particular order.

Abner Academy (Abner was a cousin of Saul - and his name means "my father is a light" in Hebrew)

Abundance Academy

Crossroads Academy (Jeremiah 6:16)

Wisdom House (Proverbs 9:10)

Wisdom Seekers (Proverbs 9:10)

Liberty Academy

Joyful Education Station (initials match all the kids: JES)

High Hopes Academy (Isaiah 40:31)

So, what do you think?

I didn't realize that you got to even name your own school when you homeschool!! How cool :) I like a lot of the names...especially "Wisdom House"...it sounds good. I also like the JES...very clever!!

Angela,
My favorite is the Joyful Education Station! The funny thing is, I've been trying to think of a name that used JES somehow. It is just so fitting, and has a personal tie to your children! So it definitely gets my vote. And, that June Cleaver blog almost had me peeing in my pants. I've already subscribed, so can't wait to laugh more!!

I LOVE the Joyful Education Station! That is cool that it is the initals of the kids.
My mom gave us the name KrisMan Christian, I hated it, but it had both our names (well, kinda) in it... Got me to thinking now... What can I call our school? Hmm... ;o)

Well, it looks like the hands-down favorite is Joyful Education Station! I asked Jordan and Jake what their favorite was and they picked the same! Except Jake wants to change "Station" to "School."
I really like High Hopes Academy.
